Forging is the thermo-mechanical process of shaping metal using force and heat. Forging may be performed for a number of reasons, but the primary reasons are to improve the structure and properties of the metal and to hot form the metal into size and shape that is nearer to the finished size of the parts that will be made from the material.

We specialize in high strength titanium alloys. We have the capability to forge round bars, rings, discs, or multi-dimensional shapes.

a) Outside diameter: Forging Disc: Up to 1500 mm
Foring Ring: Up to 3000 mm
b) Inside diameter: Forging Ring: 100 mm and up
c) Thickness: Forging Disc: 35 mm ~ 150 mm
Forging Ring: 35 ~ 500 mm
5. Processing:
Ø Open die forging / stamp forging / ring rolling / rotary swaging
Ø Surface treatment: As-forged or machined to be bright
Ø Average temper condition: Annealed
